Privacy Policy
NFL Pick’em Hub (nflpickemhub.com) is a free site for NFL pick’em pools, predictions and community polls. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 26 September 2026.
What we collect
- Name and email when you create or join a pool, save a prediction, or sign in. We use them to send your sign-in link, pool invites and pick reminders, and to show your name on standings and profiles.
- Google account details if you choose Sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google user ID, provided by Google with your consent. We do not receive your password.
- Your picks, predictions, rankings, posts and votes, which are the point of the site. Picks in private pools are visible only to that pool’s members. Public pool picks are visible after a game locks.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, in ordinary server logs and in the analytics and advertising services described below.
How we use it
- To run pools, score picks, show leaderboards, profiles and community content.
- To email sign-in links, invites, weekly reminders (you can turn reminders off per pool) and answers to your messages.
- To keep the site safe: rate limits, spam filtering, moderation.
- To measure traffic and, once enabled, to show advertising.
We never sell your data, and we never share your email with other members or advertisers.
Cookies and storage
- A session cookie keeps you signed in for 90 days on the device where you opened a sign-in link.
- Browser storage remembers small preferences such as dark mode and compact view. It never leaves your device.
- Caching, analytics and advertising services (for example Google AdSense, when active) may set their own cookies. Google’s use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
Third-party services
We use email delivery (Resend), hosting (Hostinger), sports data providers for schedules and scores, and Google for optional sign-in and advertising. Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.
Betting lines
Spreads and totals shown on the site are for reference only. NFL Pick’em Hub does not accept bets, handle money, or link to sportsbooks, and it is not affiliated with the National Football League.
Children
The site is intended for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Change your display name and username from My pools.
- Turn pick reminders off from any pool page.
- Leave a pool at any time. Commissioners can delete a pool, which removes its picks.
- Ask us to delete your account and all data by emailing the address below. We will confirm within 7 days.
- If you signed in with Google, you can also remove the site’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Data retention
Pool, pick and prediction data is kept for the season and past seasons so standings and archives keep working. Email logs are kept 60 days. Community posts may be removed by moderators at any time.
