Questions, bug reports, pool problems or a feature you wish the site had: email us and a real person answers, usually within a day (faster on game days).
Automated emails (sign-in links, invites, reminders) come from picks@nflpickemhub.com. Replies to those reach the same inbox.
What to include
- Pool problems: the pool name or invite code, the week, and what you expected to see. Screenshots help.
- Sign-in trouble: the email address you joined with and which page you were on. Check spam first; sign-in links expire after 30 minutes.
- Wrong score or line: the game and the week. Scores come from a data provider and usually correct themselves within minutes; we can force a refresh.
- Delete my account: send from the email address on the account and we will confirm within 7 days.
- Community moderation: use the Report button on the post first; email if it is urgent.
Things we do not do
We do not run money pools, hold prizes, give betting advice or work with sportsbooks. Lines on the site are for reference only.
Media and partnerships
Writers, podcasts and league groups who want to use the printable sheets, embed a leaderboard or run a branded pool: email with Partnership in the subject.
